        I purchased the 14ft x 15ft Highland Super Strength Tunnel. Came across a few pieces missing from the kit when i started assembling and erecting but Highland Poly Tunnels got the missing parts to me within a couple of days. The tunnel itself is top quality if erected properly. It was erected on an esposed site and survived storm Arwen fully intact with no damage at all. Quality piece of kit.

        Our experience with Highland Polytunnels is a very positive one. From the enquiry stage onwards, communication has been excellent. Myles is very helpful and happy to answer any questions. We opted to erect the polytunnel ourselves and the written instructions backed up with the YouTube clips are clear and easy to follow. Because of our location, we opted for the Super Strength version which we are pleased to say has an extremely rigid frame and should happily withstand anything nature should throw at it.

        Good product but appalling customer service. The agent for this product was so rude when I phoned to simply ask if they were still delivering during lock down! A reasonable question you would have thought! During the whole buying process I phoned him twice in total and he was so rude to me when I phoned the second time just to confirm delivery. I would not have expected that kind of customer service and would not recommend them.
