Commissioned a piece from the very talented artist Willie Fulton. The view from my Grandfather's Croft at Bowglass on Harris. I used to live here with my family - a stone's throw from Loch Seaforth - but requested that Willie paint it by moonlight. When we were children we played on the shore here; paddled in the sea; collected crabs and little eels (but returned them); built sandcastles. The little cottage in which we lived in the 50s and 60s beside my grandfather and grandmother in the croft house - still there. Willie offers a very personalised bespoke service at reasonable cost. Thank you Willie for painting this beautiful original for me. Perfectly stunning!
