An exceptional evening of tasting amazing food. Random table seating meant you had conversations with new people and the setting was perfect for watching your food being cooked and plated. A taste sensation and journey through the taste and smells of The Highlands.

What an experience?! We were treated to the 8 course taster menu and were blown away with not only the quality of food, but the whole experience of watching Chris, the chef prepare his dishes right there alongside us. Chriss passion and enthusiasm for food is wonderful to experience. Each dish is described in detail, including the provenance of each ingredient, how it was prepared, how long ago and then its use and place within the whole dish. Chris uses local ingredients, including plants, flowers & seaweed he has foraged. Sea salt has been lovingly extracted over periods of months from the seawater around Harris. I mean this is a dining experience like no other. Cannot recommend enough - if you love food then you have no choice but to go to Flavour.
