        As I write this, I am sitting in Glasgow airport at 1:30am with 2 tired and cold children. Prebooked my taxi to collect a late night arrival, my husband contacted them before we left our holiday destination to confirm and to inform them we were slightly delayed. NO MENTION OF PREPAYMENT MADE. Arrive at Glasgow Airport only 20 mins late, picked up a voicemail to inform us we needed to prepay. I tried to call immediately but no one picked up. Automated call line confirmed I had a booking in my name. No one at arrivals, or anywhere to be seen at the airport. After several attempts to get through to someone, we were eventually told our booking was cancelled. To rebook would cost extra but with no other option, we are still waiting. Exceptionally disappointing
