Rock'n'Roll Tattoo and Piercing

Theyve changed my venue from Eadt coast of Scotland all the way over to the West coast!! Ive been in contact with bailifs and small court who both say I am fully entitled to full refund. Rock and Roll tattoo piercing are ignoring my emails and messages. They wont be able to ignorethe court if Im forced to go that far

Similar to other reviews which I wish Id read sooner - AVOID! This business is awful with no customer service. Wish I could give less than one star as they dont even deserve that. Booked an appointment for a tattoo at the Musselburgh studio, paid 60 deposit. Turned up to find the artist wasnt there and there has seemly been a mix up with my booking. Rescheduled for a few days later - turned up and the studio was closed. No ones returning my calls, left multiple messages and voicemails. Ive sent emails. Just being completely ignored. Ive requested my deposit back as Ive now gotten the tattoo elsewhere. Still no response, looking into legal options to retrieve my money but just shocking they seem to have gotten away with this with multiple people now. Avoid losing money - go anywhere else to get a tattoo or piercing.

avoid thieves dont buy any vouchers they want to steal your money claim back through paypal or card
