Clear Water Therapy

This year I reached out to Gemma to explore therapy to help me have a safe space to work through low point for me. I cant recommend Gemma highly enough she created a space to really understand myself better, to work through some meaty topics and I finished our time together more self aware, more concious of myself and my reactions and more at peace. I now recognise so much more about my journey who I am and how I am. Gemma asked supportive yet challenging questions, helped me set real goals throughout our time and work hard towards them. I cannot recommend Gemma enough. She created such a safe and supportive environment for me in our therapy sessions. I felt listened to and I worked through a lot of things with her help and techniques.

I've been using Clear Water Therapy for a while now, and am really impressed with the service. Gemma makes you feel at ease straight away, she has a calming voice, that guides you deeper into your hypnotherapy experience. I feel fully relaxed, warm and safe in Gemma's session. Gemma's got a gift and has been helping me reduce the amount of headaches I get. I also hope to have more sessions on comfort eating. Fully recommend this service.
