Musselburgh Post Office

I used this post office quite often recently and I have found the staff to be very nice! They always are open to questions and get me sorted really quickly!

As others have said, one of the rudest women I have ever encountered. I am sorry that she has been allowed to continue in this position as she is obviously not suited to a public service position. Thank goodness there is another small post office counter on the North High Street where they are courteous.

Use this Post Office frequently and have always had excellent and informative service. They are always willing to help with any problem, especially with elderly customers who I have witnessed the staff going above and beyond to help. I believe that they recently have been short staffed which is not the staffs fault therefore it can be difficult to deal with large queues of customers. Having worked in customer service for over 20 years I know how difficult it can be to deal with 'entitled' customers, unfortunately the customer is not always right and in this particularly difficult time we should remember that these people are doing a difficult job.
