        They don't answer the phone really, which is my main gripe. Being able to confirm your prescription is with them and being processed would make things so much easier (I'm not reffing to their repeat prescription service). The staff are generally helpful and clear.

        Please don't mislead people with waiting time, was told my prescription will be ready 2:15, arrived only to get it at 2:50 while told it's going to be 5 minutes. I understand that it's understaffed (and the staff is always helpful) but I can't take an afternoon off to wait for my prescription.
