        Staff are an absolute joke, my partner who is 7 months pregnant asked for help unloading one or two heavy items from her car only for the guy to huff and moan about it, terrible customer service.

        Totally inefficient service.Truely an indication of extremely poor management snd services. Meant to serve the public but nobody answers the phone . Time to disband this council.
