Yesterday (Saturday 04.02.2023), at 5 o'clock in the afternoon, I stopped by Shell to top up my electricity key. I do this thing every month since I moved to the Fisherrow area. It was the shift of Mrs Christine, who actually refused to serve me, saying that she doesn't know if the key is Scottish or Power Gas and it can't be topped up there. Once again,I mention that I top up the key EVERY SINGLE MONTH at Shell. Every time we go there(my husband or I) on her shift, she seems bothered by whatever we ask her and she has a very arrogant, superior,rude and mean attitude towards us. We don't know if it is because we are immigrants and maybe the lady is selective in terms of the way customer service and is guided by criteria of race/color, etc. I have never encountered such behavior before and I am sure that I am not the only person who has been struck by arrogance of Mrs Christine, but such people should not work with clients.

The blonde haired female behind the counter named Christine is in the wrong job! She is plain rude, I tried to be pleasant when I witnessed her with the customer in front of me ( a young girl) when she was nasty to her and I received the same attitudes. I Will definitely not be going back in there. Pay at pump for me at Tesco from me from now on!!!

I found my experience like many others on here. The blonde haired lady behind the counter was abrupt to say the least bordering on rude.

Women with blonde bobbed hair wears glasses, mature in age behind the counter is incredibly rude,in my opinion if you can't be courteous don't work with the public in a customer facing environment.
