Justin and his team completed some work on a boundary and retaining wall for myself and a neighbour. They arrived on time, were exceptionally pleasant to deal with and completed the work to a high standard, including a couple of additions that we had not originally included. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended, professional and quality from start to finish. Justin and Arran rebuilt a leaning 7m long, 2.1m high retaining stone boundary wall bordering the Waverley Tennis Club over a 2 week period this autumn. Both worked through challenging conditions to get the wall rebuilt in tight timescales. The new wall is superb - built in traditional style and will hopefully stand for a further 100+ years! Communication was brilliant from start to finish and nothing was too much hassle. Thanks folks - great job and much appreciated.

We were recommended JD Smith through a neighbourhood WhatsApp group originally. Justin (the owner) arrived promptly at the exact time specified and maintained a courteous and professional service throughout. The quality of the work was excellent and we were kept well informed throughout the process. It's rare that a stonemason not only tidies properly but actually leaves the whole area cleaner than when he found it! We'd have no hesitation is using JD Smith again and would highly recommend their services.
