Bought a Nordisk Halland 2 LW from a popular online auction site (accepting that the pole sleeves were torn) and sent to SMG for professional repair. Whilst an acknowledgement of receipt and an indication of progress would have been appreciated, the tent was returned several weeks later with a very impressive repair to both front and rear sleeves at a very reasonable cost. They even used a slightly tougher fabric to mitigate the risk of recurrence. Would definitely recommend, particularly for sil-nylon and super-lightweight gear, which is more challenging to fix at home...

Thank you for repairing the zip on my Ping waterproof jacket. A great job done really quickly. I'd much rather spend 130 on a new jacket.

Sent a jacket there for repair it came back as new brilliant job also gave me a message saying i had left my wallet in the jacket and thye would send it back with jacket great service would recommend.

Amazing job replacing a zip and reconditioning my 30 year Macpac Sleeping Bag. No more musty smells and it feels like new. Highly recommend.
