Nicole at Cloud 9 Installs gave us helpful ideas for reconfiguration and fitments to replace old en-suite. Lewis and his team did a superb job, excellent workmanship. They were efficient, very pleasant, extremely tidy and stuck to timescales. They provided practical solutions with minimum disruption to ensure we ended up with what we wanted. I would use them again without hesitation. Highly recommended.

I would like to thank Lewis and his team for an excellent job they did in renovating our bathroom. Their attention to detail was fantastic and the level of workmanship outstanding. I liked that they ensured i was happy with all decisions made before proceeding. Thank you to Nicolle for her help with the design. Have just had our bathroom fully refitted by Lewis and his team.. From start to finish Lewis and Nicolle went out of their way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Lee, Graham and Fraser carried out the work professionally to a very high standard, cleaning up each night and making everything really easy for us to live with while always being polite and a pleasure to have in the house ( Lee and Graham kept us entertained constantly with their banter ).. The finished result was all we could have hoped for, so much so that we are now having them back to do our downstairs toilet.. We would highly recommend Cloud Nine to anyone who wants a job done properly and without hassle.. Thanks to all .. Lorna & Bob Taylor
