Called Chris about a relatively small job - but important as it involved a security/alarm issue.
Chris was honest enough to admit he couldn't do it that day as he was doing a big job for another Client - fair enough.
But he did promise to come round the next morning to fix the issue - and he did !
Reliability and honesty are fairly rare in the World of Tradesmen these days.
Thoroughly Professional and a nice guy to boot .
