Great range of quality products at good prices and super impressed with the rapid delivery (order placed lunchtime one day, received next morning). Had to Google them to find out if they were local, turns out they are based at the opposite end of the country.

I love the quality of foods and the huge range of organic foods from RFS, plus delivery is always super speedy! I ordered yesterday and its being delivered today, I expected to wait a few more days!

Received damaged products in a damaged & wet box that was completely open on delivery. DPD are the worst couriers- they actually turned the box on its side so that the damage wasnt visible in the photo they took at my door on delivery. One bag of food leaked some unknown liquid as not air tight, and 2 bags contents crushed to dust. Sent very clear photos of damage but this isnt enough for them. Worst customer service. Just not interested in helping a loyal customer of years. Wont be back.

These guys rock! I didnt realise they were all the way in Scotland. I love them even more, considering the distance and how quick and efficient their shipping is! The quality of their food is top notch. 100% biodegradable bags. Delicious real food. Excellent customer service. Wish Id discovered them earlier.

I received my order within 24 hrs, dispatched in 30 mins. (No kidding, given that they are based in Scotland) They are half the price compared to supermarkets and other food stores I really like their ethics, they wont go for misleading publicity and their ideas about food waste Tried their nuts and nut paste. Amazing...better than anything I tried so far I hope they stick with their ways I found my 'go to' health food store, roll on Christmas cant wait to try some of the berry powders :)
