Don't order if it is a special occasion as you will wait hours on your delivery. Was told, after 3 calls, I should expect to wait a long time as it was mother's day. This information would haven been helpful at the time of ordering. I asked for a reduced price as the order had been in the car for 45 minutes and would be cold. I was told there was nothing they could do so I told him I wouldn't be paying so tell the driver not to deliver our order. He then said don't bother paying when it arrives! Strange outcome. Delivery driver was very polite and apologetic but food was only just warm bordering on cold. Poor guy was run off his feet as they were a driver down. Just be honest about delivery times!
