Terrible post office/shop, post office seems to be open whenever they feel like it and very unreliable. Staff unapproachable and seem very disinterested. Very sad this is the only post office in musselburgh at the moment but after May would recommend going to the new one on the high Street

Used this shop for many years but the current ownership are a joke, shocking customer service and downright rude at times. Would not recommended! theres 2 other shops on the same street that treat theyre customers well and have much better products

Will never be back to use this post office/shop again as long as I live , just down rite rude rude rude! no customer skills what so ever .if you don't like what you do get a different job life's to short. If I could gave gave you no stars I would have

Good shop fairly reasonably priced but customer service is much to be desired. Used this shop many years and staff were always lovely. Current owner and staff don't have a very nice attitude towards you.

Some of the staff are arrogant with a stinking attitude. No eye contact and no acknowledgement when you speak or ask for something. You will at times find yourself wondering if they actually heard you. Witnessed the tall guy deliberately spitting gum out on someone's dog that was tied up outside one day when I at the bus stop next to the shop. I've noticed they often have a tendency to speak down to female customers more than they will a male, a guy will just get the silence and snatching money from your hands or tossing your change back on the counter. Had used this shop a lot over a fair number of years, sadly the current owners reputation doesn't live up to the previous guys who were in there before them.
