We had a deep cleaning service booked for our last day in our flat. Sophies Sparkle Cleaning Services cancelled on the day of, less than ten minutes before their cleaner was due to arrive. When I called them, they would not provide an alternative cleaner, they would not suggest anybody else to help, and they had the temerity to complain that THEY had been left in the lurch by the cleaner who didnt show up for work! We have been completely left in the lurch. Would give zero stars if that were possible.
