        The staff that come and clean our house have always done a wonderful job and have been very friendly! However whoever is managing them has a lot to answer for. Several times appointments have been made, they've then been changed last minute or I've received 3 different times for them to arrive. On more than one occasion no one has arrived. Invoices have been sent and chased up even though the job hasn't been attempted and being promised someone would call me back and didn't. The organisation within the company is appalling. Couldn't organise a p*** up in a brewery comes to mind. Service: Standard cleaning
