        Asked for a quote to fix a leaking roof, spent five disinterested minutes at the house, said 'the agency' would be in touch, still waiting for said quote over two weeks later. Obviously a difficult job that they didn't want to get involved with. Would have preferred some honesty,or at least a call back.
