Was looking for a replacement battery for a key card for my car ...phoned up and they said they had it ...so I popped down..only not to be see efficiently and also said battery was replaced free of charge...can't thank Cooper Bros enough...

The value of peace of mind when taking your car to the mechanics is priceless, and we all know that sick feeling when we drop the car off to the mechanics, that they will 'find' a kid-on issue that costs an arm and a leg. I don't believe in leaving a review until I've had a few experiences with a business, this is long overdue: every single time that I've had an issue needing sorted, I walk out the door of Cooper Bros. feeling like I've conned THEM, to the extent that the time before last that I visited, I had to slip them 20 towards their Xmas night out. They will not mess you about, they do their best to fit you in in an emergency, and are just so well priced. In a time where the price of everything is skyrocketing, Cooper Bros. clearly actually care about giving the customer a brilliant service at an equally brilliant price. Thanks so much folks. (PS: Guys please don't use this as an excuse to begin inflating your prices lol)
