What a shocking bit of behaviour yesterday on our trip home from Carlisle to Glasgow central!! Our virgin train had arranged for all passengers to get bussed buck home as there was work on the line and chose this company to be responsible to do this. After pulling into Lockerbie train station to let 2 passengers off from a bus of 30 a few people wanted to use the toilet there as we were stopping any way. The driver then decides to tell them after they got off the bus that they were not allowed to do so!!! This bus was meant to have been supplied with a toilet on board! As these people decided that they were going to use these facilities the driver decided that he was going to drive away and leave them!!! So we all tell him he cant do that and he then decides that he is calling the police. He then gets off the bus and starts arguing with the people who wanted to go the toilet so I decide to film and what I captured is appalling. I ask why I was not getting taken home as all anyone was trying to do was use the toilet then go. He then stuck his fingers up at me and then suddenly had no answers for me people in Lockerbie then start coming out from their businesses to then tell us that this is not the first time that this guy has done this!!! He then tells me Im now not allowed on the bus because of my attitude. I dont think so. The police turn up and basically laugh at the guy for this waste of police time and resources but so keep 5 guys off the bus one of these being from my party of friends. Another lot of police then show up and also laugh at the guy and he then asks for me to get off the bus and I refuse he then brings a policeman to have me removed and the policeman asks why and his response was because I recorded him pmsl!! The policeman then tells him it is within my civil rights to do so he then very quickly shuts his mouth gets off the bus and closes the boot gets back on and drives away leaving my friend behind!! We ask stop so we can get off now as we dont want to leave anyone behind and he refused (Im sure that can be classed as kidnapping!!!) virgin are appalled at this and actually paid for a taxi for my friend to be driven home I only gave you one star so it would let me post this.
