taxi takes over 40 minutes to show up then doesnt notify they have arrived by call or text them blame you for missing them and hang up on you

Prebooked taxi to take us to Glasgow airport on Saturday 15th April and collect at 2am Sunday 23rd April. Receptionist was helpful and courteous taking my flight details for pick up on return Both drivers were helpful, polite and punctual. On return called office to tell that we were collecting luggage. Again the receptionist was helpful and said driver was on way and she had kept an eye out for our plane landing. James the driver called me on his way and arrived a couple of minutes later. He was great and was friendly, polite and helpful. All in all a nice way to start and finish holiday. Thank you!

got small kids ready for school waiting for a taxi booked the day before. I was late for work and kids were late for school. Poor service
