        Just had an appointment this afternoon with a nurse in the Stepps Practice at 2:30pm. She was absolutely lovely went over and above for me and really made me feel like she cared. Wish I knew her name but she deserves to be recognised for being so lovely! Such an asset to the team for sure! Thank you again for all your help!

        Worst practice ever! You can't get through to make an app most of the time cause the line is busy. God knows why there's no queueing system. When you eventually get an app, they don't bloody stick to it! Then the doctor decides to call you 3 hours after your app when they have been advised you are at work! It's now a week after I've ordered my prescription and it's still not reached the pharmacy somehow.

        Terrible service from a Dr Meehan (spelling?), poor manner and passed around several practices in an attempt to collect my prescription. Highly recommend requesting any other practitioner, preferably someone who cares about their patients.

        A friendly, welcoming practice where the receptionists, nurses and doctors know who you are and make you feel cared for. The reception staff go the extra mile to get you appointments when you need them, and the medical staff are highly capable and do their best to put you at your ease. A great practice.

        Have been with this GP practice for 6 months and it is very very good. Polite receptionists who can't do enought to help. Most of the GPS here are excellent. So glad I moved to this practice.
