Went here for a van, well it would not lock 2x large chips on the windscreen, the back doors wouldn't open as the locks were broken, the electrics when afte 30miles from picking it up and it lost all power on the motorway, managed to get back to Arctic van hire with it and the owner started arguing with myself with my son there he when on to threatening me with people coming to my door as I told him I would contact the police, HONESTLY AVOID PAY THE EXTRA AND GO TO A HALF DECENT PLACE

Absolute worst company Ive ever had to deal with, vans are not fit for purpose and when questioned about it they become aggressive and trying to intimidate. Paid for 4 hour hire and only got 2 hours due to the van breaking down. Warning lights advising 10,000 miles over its service due. Asked for a refund of the hours we were not able to use to be called an idiot. Took this further with trading standards, vans should not be on the road!!!

AVOID this company!! The worst customer service Ive ever seen, if I could put no stars then I would! Van broke down half way through our hire and we were told to call RAC as it was in our T&Cs, no it wasnt. Van had loads of warning lights including an over due service 10,000miles ago!!! Flat tires, engine coolant light on, the guy actually said that the vans are not built to last! 2 people came to the van to try and get it started but said oh is this the van that had the flare up Guy with the long blonde hair was fine to start off with but got cheeky when we asked what would happen next, got right into my partners face. Because he had helped get a mattress out the van, we apparently got more than what we paid for, we paid 75 to use a van for 4 hours and got 2 hours out of it with no sign of refund for they 2 hours that we couldnt use the van, his words were stop being an idiot and he started laughing while he said this. Very intimidating and aggressive.
