Ordered a taxi from the Motherwell train station into Stonehouse. For a late Saturday night the service was quick, the car was nice and clean and it cost around 20 which I thought was fair. The druver rang me just as I was getting off the train.

I really like this company and the service is good. However there is one driver who is extremely nosey and asks far to many personal questions even to the extent of wanting to know who the perscription was for that I was picking up. I dread it when I see that driver pullling up as the questions about personal life, family and how I live my life are too much and makes me feel uncomfortable so I decided to stop using North Lanarkshire Private Hire because of that one driver :/

Terrible service, always pre-book my taxis in advance to keep my timekeeping on schedule but guess what? Taxis never arrive on time and when I wish to speak with an operator they dont even bother answering or when they do they say they will be asap, but that is the point of pre-booking right? to have priority over others! I am sitting and being late to my work in the morning as somebody cannot he bothered to dispatch a taxi to my area on time! Totally unacceptable. I think you are worse than Redline Cabbs
