I went in to motherwell and asked for a tan and the woman said I was type 1 when I wasn't I was type 2 and said I shouldn't be allowed on one so I still went ahead with it and she sent me in a booth what hasn't been used in ages the bed was cold I was ragin then after the 4 minutes I never felt anything off the beds then my friend had to sit n wait till I left to go into the same bed when she could've went into another one wasted 4 minutes of my life. My wife and I booked 60 minutes in March 2020 for our upcoming holiday in april 2020, but lockdowns and travel bans hit all of us, we have rebooked holidays several times but as we all know more lockdowns and travel bans hit us again, so i popped into the Motherwell branch to make sure our booked minutes were still good and was told they have dropped off the system, i should have used them when they re opened, however, we didnt have holidays booked so it would have been a waste of our booked tan time. After calling head office i was told you have lost them because you should have used them. I explained why we didnt but to no avail... the upshot is we have lost our money and Tanz have lost our custom, we will go elsewhere, enjoy our free money Tanz !! Service: Tanning
