        Bought my decorating supplies and paints here for years and never had a problem, always put the time off to help and advise, help us to carry stuff to the car as husband disabled. Two weeks ago bought a tin of emulsion, tried to return it today, unopened, and buy gloss instead but didnt have my receipt. As soon as I said I didnt have my receipt that was it. Under no circumstances would she swap it i had my phone with me and explained I could show Johnson dec centre clearly on my bank statement. Disnae maer, she said you need youre original receipt. I asked if the other assistant wasnt there, she had sold me it plus I had asked for advice on another paint that I had bought at the same time also its always that lassie whos served me in the last few years. Shes no here n it widnae make any difference, you need the original receipt. I just left but I will not be back theyve lost a customer
