I drove all the way from glasgow to the centre to fix an issue which I already told they just did diagnostic and repeated the same thing to me and told we cannot fix by searching on google and charged me 50 for doing absolutely nothing. Such a shame

Googled the place before hand and read about how they were jaguar specialists etc. So I expected a little more when I got there. Garage is dated, with piles of car parts everywhere. Looked more like a breakers to me but, maybe thats how they like it...organised chaos perhaps. Service was good and bad...Good that they managed to get me in quick enough for a service and do a little bit extra for me while it was in, bad because they completely missed one of the jobs they were meant to do...said they forgot to do it! Not the end of the world but just a pain as I had to then go elsewhere and get it done afterwards. Also weren't really willing to come and go with accommodating me getting the car into them or getting it back in terms of where I could leave it etc, so it's was a bit of a ballache getting it there and getting back as I'm not local. They might be the old school spanner wielding motor mechanics that you like, but for me they didn't live up to the jaguar specialists I was hoping for im afraid

Truly epic advice, service and uplifting car based conversation. Remember the Summer is racing season... plan your visit to mend your 'loved one' if you can. My MOTs always progressed to a happy conclusion. It's not JUST about Jaguars ..
