        Used to shop here not anymore, went out got a full set up on advise of vet for sale herman tourtiuse but according to the lady in the shop its not aducute, since then I purchased a tourtiuse from a centre in London Great service ,the thing is unless you buy from her it will never be rite ,but hey in this climate that was a large sale and any further purchases I need I certainly won't be going back ,berry is very happy in his new home ,cheers

        Ordered an aquarium & cabinet combo via Fin Room website. Item shown as in stock. Paid via Paypal. Happy to support an independent company. Received acknowledgement email then nothing for 4 days. Phoned 3 times and emailed, to be told it was no longer in stock nor being produced. Was promised a refund 'now'. However had to raise issue with Paypal and email again before refund received. Overall this would have been avoided if the website had been up to date, and not advertised an item which was not available.
