        Firstly, I have no idea why it is so difficult to actually see a doctor. It makes no sense that a doctor does not feel more comfortable making a diagnosis face to face, with all available facts. Fortunately I am not a frequent user of the services here. If the process is to carry out a telephone consultation, why is that not possible by appointment? If there is a new procedure for consultation why is it not communicated more effectively? Why does everyone blame receptionist when they don't make procedural decisions? What has happened to our Health Centre and why are we still using Covid as an excuse for public manipulation?

        Very rude receptionist there no respect very moody when I phoned in where the second desk is where the doctors are never ever have I been with a doctors receptionist so rude don't like your job don't be in it

        We are with the windmill practice at MHC. Drs are fantastic. All of the staff is superb apart from one receptionist.. .. she would turn milk sour! But the rest of the staff is very accommodating.
