        Absolutely waste of time dealing with these people. They will blame you for any issues you experience, they have the gift of the gab and promise the world then deliver nothing before passing the buck or moving your case to someone else who doesn't care. Your better off reading tea leaves or investing in a magic 8 ball than ask these people for help.

        My aunt is in Strathclyde ward at moment & has been for about 6 weeks. I must say she's come on amazing. The staff work really hard & are really wonderful with her. She's getting the best care & with there help she will be home soon. She will miss the staff when she goes home.
