The process to get the house on the market was seamless, with attention to every detail and my needs and wants for how the house was marketed their top priority. I was kept updated throughout the 3 weeks it only took to sell - helped along by the team in both Motherwell and Coatbridge, who were diligent in reaching out to viewers and following up for feedback; regularly discussing next steps with me to ensure they were always acting on my behalf. Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish, our sale was far from straightforward but Stacey was brilliant throughout the process, always easy to get a hold of and keeping us updated with what was going on, making an incredibly stressed out, pregnant woman feel that little bit less mental.
