        Had my left foot big toenail removed on 28/5/21, I have had a small problem i feel needsclooked at ans Lynn has completely ignored my...voicemail messages, texts and when I ring the number it either goes onto voicemail or I get cut off after 2 or 3 rings.I have been trying for weeks and I'm getting nowhere,absolutely no patient aftercare.I have gave voicemail and text advance notice to say I will be contacting the Health and Care Professional Council, HCPC if no response within 24.hours.

        Booked an appointment online for 9am, which i also received a follow up email confirmation for. I Got there and the place was closed. Tried to call, to then hear a voice recording saying opens at 10am! I then tried to call the mobile given.... straight to voicemail. This appointment was for my teenage daughter. I had to arrange a late start for school and a late start for my work. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I have booked another appointment elsewhere!
