    MIY Fitness is conducted and led by one of the most friendly and professional people you could ever hope to workout with. Natalie makes you feel comfortable when for some people stepping back into fitness is a vulnerable, self conscious time. I especially enjoy wild bootcamps and skills I have learnt have enabled me to use them when I am out training on my own, making my fitness regime more enjoyable and less likely to acquire an injury. She also has an amazing way with kids when doing kiss boot camp parties where children can learn to respect woodland while safely learning new fun skills.

    I was a 5 day a week weight lifting guy. I've now went to 4 days a week on my plan. I'm stronger, I look and feel better, I'm way more flexible and most importantly I'm no longer in pain from old injuries. Most trainers I've seen or been in company of just give you the same old copy and paste that all the clients get. Natalie actively listens and works with you to set up the plan to move you forward. Communication is always excellent and the plan is always able to be adapted to suit. I added some deep tissue massage which I highly recommend. It's made me stronger and much more flexible plus you get to talk about your plan for the next week during it. Can't recommend enough.
