Laura Courtie Hair

Had Laura for my wedding day on Saturday 29th April 2023 and couldnt recommend her enough. From the trial to the wedding day I received a 5 star service with lots of guidance and advice. Myself, my bridesmaids, mum and wee flower girl all loved our hair and got lots of nice compliments. Would definitely encourage future brides to book Laura for hair. Thanks again. Service: Updos

I'm not one to usually leave reviews, however I feel compelled to do so after my recent experience. I feel there is a lack of communication and lack of professionalism. My bridal hair trial appointment was booked in December for an agreed date in February. When I enquired the week before the trial if it was still good to go, radio silence for 3 days. When I called to confirm, I was told she was on holiday despite social media suggesting otherwise. Eventually, 4 days before my trial, I was asked if my appointment could be moved 3 hours after my agreed upon time, I reiterate, I had booked this appointment well in advance. In addition, my trial booking was accepted via direct messaging, however when I asked to include my bridesmaids in a separate booking, I was pointed in the direction of her website instead. This left me wondering if my own appointment was still valid, hence my reason for double checking. I would not recommend Laura Courtie to others if they are seeking someone to style the hair of their bridal party. Service: Hairstyling
