        If you want a proper workout then Flex Fitness is where you need to go. been going here for over a year now and every time you leave, you know youve worked! Great variety in each class, alternatives offered if you feel an exercise is too difficult, classes catered to capabilities and encouraged along the way by other participants as well as David(owner). David is a very knowledgeable and motivational instructor who only wants the best for his members. always on hand to give tips and pointers on how to improve and even gets involved in the classes himself. All in all, a great wee local gym with a great atmosphere. highly recommend
