I signed up to a Ferrifit membership after taking advantage of the week free trial after giving birth. Not being a class person to start with, I really loved how welcoming everyone is and the family atmosphere within the gym. I signed up for a MAWs class near the end of my maternity and after one block, I really wish I had done it sooner. The coaches are brilliant, so encouraging and really know their stuff when it comes to prenatal fitness.

Took advantage of their mega Black Friday deal which was the month of December for free and Im so glad I did! I had all the usual nerves of going somewhere new for the first time, but from the moment I walked in the door and met one of the trainers John I knew Id made a good call. The team behind Ferri Fit have created somewhere special to train, good community, great group training classes and everyone very welcoming and friendly. 10/10 Happy days!

I came to the MAWs class during my mat leave, and I absolutely loved it and looked forward to a Thursday every week. Laura and Julie are so friendly, and made me feel really at ease. I would whole-heartedly would recommend the gym to anyone. Thank you for providing a bit of sanity during a bit of a mental year!

I joined Ferri Fit back in 2019 just before the pandemic struck & fell in love with Chris & Lauras ethos of a community, family gym that was all about their people. Chris helped me get into the best shape of my life for my wedding in 2021 despite 2 lockdowns & was there every step of the way. Fast forward to 2022 when I had my little girl & it was time to be a MAW. Id be lost without the Mums & Weights class & have went since my daughter was 12 weeks old. Its incredible being able to take your baby into an environment where the coaches do everything to let you have 45mins to do a really tailored, postpartum workout that lets you get a bit of the old you back! Ive bumped my gums to all the new mums I know to come along & will continue to do so even though my MAWs journey is coming to an end. Join Ferri Fit, youll not regret it x
