        Shona and Andrea are two of the job coaches and they're amazingly helpful and they give great advice. The majority of the staff here are fantastic. As with all job centres now, they have G4S "security" patrolling the entrance and seating area making sure that none of the clientele go psycho over poor punctuality or refusal of speaking with. They can sometimes forget they are not officers of any law and that holding an SIA badge and wearing a body cam does not make them a marvel superhero. However, be polite and they're, for most part, polite in return. They often like to perv on good looking girls that have appointments but they'll object to that suggestion. The place runs relatively well and I've never known anyone to be waiting excessively to be dealt with

        Waited 44 mins for them to answer then rung then just hanged up on me no wonder folk get frustrated no happy at all
