        Visited today for a meeting regarding my homeless situation. I first emailed to notifiy a change of circumstances and the office called very quickly. The first person i had on the phone was very caring and understanding. Then today when i attended in person the woman who discussed my situation with was excellent. A very genuine and helpful woman who was excellent at her job in understanding my issues through a tough time. Today has gave me great hope in local govt and there are some very good people within the council who are working to help decent local citizens like myself. Your help, advice and service is greatly appreciated. Was a pleasure to talk to the woman I dealt with today and im so grateful for any help you and your colleagues in all of the housing team may be able to offer during a difficult time to turn my life around.
