        Whether you are busy or not could you please be a bit more compassionate when a grieving customer comes in to ask for a wreath! My mum is very upset, she didnt know you wouldnt deliver to a church, she was made to feel as if she was a bother and wasting your time because she didnt know the proper address to send it to. For your information, a florist in Bellshill were more than happy to phone round to make sure the flowers got delivered to the right place. If you cant offer this service at least be a little more gentle to people like my mum who not only has depression but has lost a close member of her family.

        I live in Canada and my aunt in the USA. Both of us use this wonderful flower shop at least once to twice a year. They never disappoint us with the wonderful arrangements they deliver. This year I added a balloon which was a nice added touch. They have the website that we can use to place our order fast and easy. You will not be disappointed with using this location. Wonderful customer service.
