Clearly doesnt want the business as is unable to reply back to potential clients who want to spend the money for the service. Communication leaves a lot to be desired.

called the guy asking for intensive course. he told me id receive a text for my details. never heard anything. called him again the next day and the guys communication is just so bad. he wouldnt give me a straight answer on anything was asking. has attitude and communication was all i needed to swiftly avoid him as an instructor

Booked intensive driving course in June to start this week. Course was confirmed however I tried calling and texting in lead up to start date to get details of course, no response. I took week off work and was ment to start on Monday. Finally after emailing, texting, calling and Facebook messenger they responded to say instructor has hurt back and won't start on Monday. I informed them I am off all week and flexible regarding times. Finally got text last night saying course is cancelled. While I appreciate this was out of their control lack of communication and consideration for customer is shocking. Would not recommend!!

Extremely disappointed potential customer. Arranged an intensive course in May via email for this week. No information at all given about schedules or anything even after asking politely via email. I assumed I would be told in advance. Emails ignored. Tried calling days before I was supposed to start. Was told by the instructor he would email me the info and couldn't talk as he was busy. He never called back. Left in dark about basic information and planned my 2 week stay in Glasgow for this course (I live abroad). Sent an email 2 days ago saying I don't want to proceed for reasons above and still no reply to that! Three emails and one call. Nothing. Not even the courtesy to say anything. An email takes 1 minute to prepare. Extremely unprofessional and feel very let down. This was a big deal for me and I have had my time completely wasted. Luckily I have found another instructor very last minute. Avoid this company entirely. Very frustrating experience.
