Back in 2015, my child attended this nursery. I am a person of colour. My kid (son) had fallen down and hit his head in this nursery but none of the staff informed me about it. Few days later, when giving him a bath, I saw DRIED BLOOD on his head. He never fell at home because all rooms in my house were soft rugged and the only place he ever went to when I needed a break as a Full time mom was this Nursery. He was only 1 year old. Then I understood why the staff kept staring at me with strange looks (wondering if I had discovered what they hid from me) whenever I came to pick up my child. YET NONE OF THEM EVER INFORMED ME THAT HE FELL AND HIT HIS HEAD AND BLED. I don't know how to forgive ALL the staff there in 2015. I just had to make this public because that's the only way I would heal from the Trauma their action had caused me.
