        This workplace has a toxic atmosphere with a constant undercurrent of bullying. Management does little to address the issue, allowing a culture of fear and intimidation to thrive. Workers are constantly reminded of their temporary status, leading to a sense of insecurity and instability. This environment is not only unpleasant to work in, but it also undermines the motivation and morale of the employees, leading to poor job performance. I would not recommend this workplace to anyone, as it is a hostile and oppressive environment that fails to value its employees.
