Booked my car in as the rear jet washer wasnt working, the man I spoke to on the phone was lovely and assured me that I could get this fixed under warranty. When going in, the receptionist was rude and shouted at me when I asked for the wrong department as I misheard her, even after apologising she continued to speak to me in a rude manner. I then spoke to a Nicola Felvus who was nice at first. As I was getting my car fixed under warranty she offered me an invoice to give to the company I have my warranty with. Having paid 200 to fix a tube in my car, when it came to getting the money back through the warranty, she was rude and short with me. She was very unhelpful and refused to contact my warranty company. Very unsatisfied with the staff at Parks Motherwell.

I would just like to thank everyone involved for going that extra mile for me today at Parks Fiat in Motherwell. I am so happy to have my car back, I was really lost without it today. I hadnt dealt with Parks for a couple of years, changing to another competitor, but after the fabulous way I was treated today, I will be using Parks for all my motoring requirements in the future. A huge thanks goes to Zoe and the technicians for getting me back on the road. First class
