Highly recommend Rachel and her sports massage therapy. She is very professional and has high standards of cleanliness. I feel very comfortable having my treatments and I notice a big difference in how I feel and in my performance.

I went too Rachel for some pain relief in my lower back as I've had problems with my knee and its affecting my daily routines! She talked me through what could be my problem and she told me what she would like to do! 100% recommended from me and I will be back as I have alot more movement than I did before!

Fantastic service. Rachael is knowledgeable and great at explaining what she is doing and why. Never had cupping or needling and must say Im impressed. The cupping on my quads has relieved so much tension is unbelievable. All booked up for next session. Cant wait!

Went to RSC with particular areas of pain which are aggravated following golf. This was the first visit, it was comforting to have explained to me the nature of what could be causing the pain, and the reasoning for the selected treatment. Definitely recommend.
