    A quality establishment offering different types of one on one strength training from a hugely experienced coach who has trained and achieved the highest qualification in his industry. I have travelled a 700 mile roundtrip twice in one year to train here because the advice is so valuable to me.

    Huge thank you for looking after me on my holidays! We were visiting family in Fochabers and I was desperately needing to keep up with fitness! Mac and Kara looked after me fabulously! Thank you! I did an early class at 6.30 and a PT and it was perfect for my 4 night stay! even knowing I wasnt going to be here to stay they took care of me, pushed me during sessions when I needed it and gave me the motivation to keep going even whilst on holiday! I ll be back in feb half term! Thanks for having me! libby

    I first started by completing 8 weeks of 1:1 PT with Mac, I suffer with weak joints and hip problems and needed to improve my general strength, when I started I couldnt even squat properly, who would of thought that at the end of those 8 weeks not only can I do body weight squats but I could squat with a barbell on my back with weights on it too! I could also bench press, over head press and deadlift, I went from having to deadlift on 2 blocks to being able to deadlift 40kg from the floor! I never imagined that possible from where I started! I have just deadline 64kg. Thank you Mac for your patience Highly recommended, a great small friendly gym with a programme tailored just for you.
