Huge thank you for looking after me on my holidays! We were visiting family in Fochabers and I was desperately needing to keep up with fitness! Mac and Kara looked after me fabulously! Thank you! I did an early class at 6.30 and a PT and it was perfect for my 4 night stay! even knowing I wasnt going to be here to stay they took care of me, pushed me during sessions when I needed it and gave me the motivation to keep going even whilst on holiday! I first started by completing 8 weeks of 1:1 PT with Mac, I suffer with weak joints and hip problems and needed to improve my general strength, when I started I couldnt even squat properly, who would of thought that at the end of those 8 weeks not only can I do body weight squats but I could squat with a barbell on my back with weights on it too! I could also bench press, over head press and deadlift, I went from having to deadlift on 2 blocks to being able to deadlift 40kg from the floor! I never imagined that possible from where I started! I have just deadline 64kg. Thank you Mac for your patience Highly recommended, a great small friendly gym with a programme tailored just for you.
