Always kept waiting with no apparent reason or apology. Staff so far indifferent to good customer service. Feel like you are privileged to walk through their door. Disappointing . 'Pop' music on radio is hideous.... not relaxing at all when you are tense already

Not good with communication, 3 times now my appointment has been cancelled for emergency. This would normally be fine and of course happens, but 3 times in a row with complete lack of communication. 1st time I had just arrived with my baby and toddler (which is not easy to organise and achieve!) Only to be turned away saying they had cancelled my appointment, without telling me. Second time (rescheduled appt, I sat in the waiting room for an hour with both kids extremely bored and agitated as was I, to realise that they had taken another emergency in. Today, just got into the carpark when they phoned to cancel appt (at least they were telling me this time I suppose!) although I had already travelled through from the other side of Kinloss. So again waste of fuel and time. Extremely frustrated with them. But hey, they seem to be great for emergency appointments

As wheelchair and mobility car user, there is a dedicated space, though it's on a slight slope, so can be a little tricky to reach the door! Doors are very wide, and front doors are automatic. Staff will hold internal doors if necessary. Dentists and staff friendly and professional.

Rude receptionists with a bad attitude. And book appointment for people and dont tell people about them
