        Almost impossible to get an appointment. The practice seem to have little care or understanding for the patient. A working appointment systems needs to be put in place.

        Just wish someone would answer the phone. 2 mornings now and still not got an answer. Whole set up needs looking at. They're going to wait till somebody dies of something that could have been treated sooner to save them. One star is too good still

        Staff are unhelpful and not a good telephone manner you cant get a appointment with any gp you have to call each morning this practice should be shut down or change its way to actually given out appointments without calling each morning at 8.30
