We had our boiler pack in just as we were about to hit the coldest spell of the year so had no hot water or heating. I called them the next morning and explained that I am paralysed and therefore find it hard enough to keep warm and they had someone here within the hour.
The boiler was irreparable on the day due to a broken fan which had destroyed the pcb. The boiler was already 10 years old and rather than spending 100's repairing it and waiting for the parts, I asked them how quickly they could get and fit a new boiler for me. They sourced one that day and came back at 8am the following morning to fit it after making us a priority because of my situation.
This is the second time I have used them and cannot find fault with them at all.
